COVID-19
Northeastern Colorado Association of Local Governments (NECALG), operators of County Express, Prairie Express, and Sterling-Greeley/Denver Bustang Outrider Service, has established the following procedures and policies for reaction to the COVID situation in the USA.
The Northeastern Colorado Association of Local Governments (NECALG) Transportation Department strives to bring our citizens and visitors closer together through public transportation. We operate County Express, Prairie Express and the soon to come Bustang Outrider. NECALG is here to support the citizens and visitors of Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington and Yuma Counties in northeastern Colorado.
MASKS DURING TRANSIT

The Federal Government by Executive Order requires masks must be worn at all times by all persons over the age of two years.

Masks are available from your driver if you do not have one.
VEHICLE/EQUPIMENT SANITIZATION

Depending on the level of the COVID wheel the following applies:

Level orange and above, vehicles are sanitized after every trip, or a minimum of once per hour for fixed routes.

Level green or blue vehicles are sanitized a minimum of once per day.

If no COVID wheel is in use, vehicles will still continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at the end of every day.

Product used to sanitize vehicles is labeled to provide continuous protection for 24 hours after application with a 99.9% success rate against COVID and other viruses. It has an EPA label listing of SAFE.
OFFICES
All offices are closed to the public at COVID level orange and above.
Offices are open to the public, with masks required, at level green and blue. Social distancing is required.
No restrictions when no COVID wheel is in place
